Step 1: You hold the button, or it senses a fall
Hold the SOS button. In the shower, in the garden, at the shops. Or switch on fall detection: when it senses a hard fall, it raises the alarm itself and calls your people, just as the button does. You set how sensitive it is in the SOS Everywhere app, from 1 to 9. No fall detector catches every fall.Crossing a safe zone or running low on battery sends an alert, not a call: a notification in the app, and a text to contacts with texts switched on.
Step 2: It rings your people, in order
Up to 10 numbers, in the order you set. We set it to ring each one for 15 seconds, then the next, up to five times round the list. Anyone with texts switched on gets a text, and it sends where it is every 10 seconds for 10 minutes.
Step 3: You talk, and the app shows where you are
Whoever answers hears you through the pendant, and you hear them: nothing to find, unlock or dial.
